Sports physicals are required yearly for student-athletes in Lewistown and the surrounding area. They consist of two parts: a pre-participation questionnaire and a physical exam. Community Chiropractic Center encourages participation in sports and other activities as they can help students discover their mental and physical strengths and initiate a consistent fitness program that can last a lifetime. Yearly sports physicals are essential to reduce the risk of injury during organized sports. The annual requirement allows for the athlete to be reevaluated to ensure their risk for injury has not changed from the previous year.
